The equipment is new generation of vacuum mixing dryer produced by our company on the base of absorbing and improving the similar products at home and abroad. The main body of this equipment is vertical and stationary, its internal heating ribbon has
circumferential stirring and elevating movement, the raw materials enter drying chamber and will be stirred by ribbon and heated by jacket. Raw materials get orderly agitation, flip, lifting and dropping movement, which makes continuous heat exchange
by contacting the heated inside chamber. The evaporated moisture will be sucked out in vacuum condition to achieve rapid drying purposes.

1. All contact parts among equipment and raw material are made of "GMP' required materials.
2. No outer air contact, no leakage and no dead corners during the feeding, drying, mixing, discharging process of equipment.
3.The camber design, manufacture, testing is in accordance with the requirements of pressure vessel.
4. The rotating coupling parts adopt double end dry mechanical seal, no foreign body drop, which is acceptable by GMP requirements.
5. The camber, and even stirring paddle have heating channel, the stirring paddle brings ordered & uniform stirring to raw materials, heating area is large.
